Your Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for 3D design and integration of the thermal management module for new energy vehicles. - Responsible for the 3D design and integration of the thermal management module for new energy vehicles and subcomponents such as heat exchangers, refrigerant and coolant valves, refrigerant and coolant manifolds etc. - Use 3D design software (such as CATIA etc.) for detailed component and system design. - Collaborate with cross departmental teams, including product engineers, system integration engineers, and prototype engineers, to ensure the feasibility, performance and reliability of the design. - Establish internal design standards. - Support for the preparation of design documents, including design reports, technical specifications, and drawings. - Create cost competitive design and ensure the manufacture ability and automation. - Participate in the testing and validation of thermal management module to ensure that the design meets performance requirements. - Track the latest thermal management technologies and industry trends to provide technical support for product innovation.
Your Skills & Strengths: - Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related fields. - More than 3 years of experience in automotive thermal system parts design, and development experience of thermal management module preferred.
- Familiar with the working principle and design requirements of thermal management products, including chiller, iCond, EXV, receiver dryer, coolant pump and valves, expansion tank, etc. - Proficient in 3D design software, able to independently complete complex 3D modeling and simulation analysis. - Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, good team spirit and stress resistance, innovative thinking - Ability to communicate in English
