负责E&I相关的可靠性活动，支持可靠性工程师，协调相关可靠性工程师进行集成操作，RCA, REX, FMEA等。审核并验证所有单位的VIS/ PMP/ SP计划和SOP，然后移交给现场维护团队跟进。In charge of E&I related reliability activities, supporting reliability engineer, coordinate related reliability engineers for integrate actions, RCA, REX, FMEA etc. Review and validate VIS/ PMP/ SP plan and SOP for all units then transfer to site maintenance team for follow up.

支持并参与E&I设备故障的RCA分析，并配合制定各区域的行动计划。To support and participate RCA analysis of E&I facility failure and cooperate to make action plan of each area.

领导E&I设备和工艺的改进。Leading the improvement of E&I equipment and process.

支持区域E&I工程师解决故障，并为可靠性改进提供中长期解决方案。Support area E&I engineers for trouble shooting and provide mid & long term solution for reliability improvement.

为其他E&I工程师提供支持Back up for other E&I engineers MAIN ACTIVITIES 主要活动 Daily Management日常管理
1. I/E维护工作执行：定义问题，编写工作指令，与相关部门进行风险分析。管理工人或承包商执行。编写维护记录，将这些信息添加到PMP数据库中。I/E maintenance work execution: define the problem write work order, do risk analysis with related department. Manage the worker or contractor to execute it. Write maintenance record, add this information into PMP database.
2. 仓库备件技术支持（E&I部分）。备件：发出备件采购请求。确认技术细节。跟踪并推动采购进度。将备件的质量反馈给采购团队。协助仓库管理员安排E&I备件、安全库存、最低采购质量、PR设置。Warehouse spare parts technical support (E&I part).Spare parts: issue spare parts purchase request. Confirm technical details. Follow and push purchasing progress. Feedback the quality of the spare parts to purchasing team. Assist warehouse keeper to arrange the E&I spare parts, safety stock, min. purchasing quality, PR setting.
3. 项目管理：参与新项目，定期带着报告/发现和改进建议参观施工现场，并参与新项目的调试。准备PMP。准备备件计划。收集维护文件。Project management: Participate in new projects, regularly tour on construction site with report/findings and improvement recommendation, and participate into commissioning of new projects. Prepare PMP. Prepare spare parts plan. Collect the maintenance files.
4. 与可靠性团队一起改进日常管理，推动平台建设。Follow with reliability team to improve daily management, push platform building.
5. 支持现场I/E工程师进行故障排除，并提供MI合规性和可靠性改进的增值解决方案。Support site I/E engineer to do trouble shooting and provide value-added solutions on MI compliance and Reliability improvement.
6. 制定新的SOP并合作更新现有程序Develop new SOP and cooperate to update the existing procedures
7. 每月可靠性工程会议，重点讨论电气仪表可靠性相关计划行动Monthly reliability engineering meeting for focus on E&I reliability related plan action
8. 审查区域可靠性工程师的E&I可靠性事件Review E&I reliability events from area reliability engineers
9. RCA事件的跟踪和管理，与区域可靠性工程师一起跟踪（E&I部分）。RCA events follow-up and management, tracking with area reliability engineer(E&I part)
