Job Description

Supports introduction, development and implementation process of potential new suppliers for PUR / Quality -organisation of OESL.
Supporting production sites in maintaining a robust supply chain in terms of quality, stable processes and deadlines. Participation in improvement programs of series suppliers and continuous advancement of the continuous improvement process of our suppliers.

74 Perform VDA 6.3 process audits
74 follow up and closure of those audits

74 Supplier Quality Improvement program execution
74 Management of the escalation and de-escalation process of affected suppliers
74 Complaint Management at suppliers as support of local SQA-organization


Qualifications

- Bachelor`s degree (Master or equivalent preferred) with technical background

- Certified VDA 6.3 auditor

- Minimum 3 years experience in operations and/or Quality Management and/or R&D, strong technical background including Project Management, language skills English, Demonstrated International communication and intercultural skills, Assertive communication technique.

- Product-, technology- and manufacturing process knowledge for CT OESL-products General engineering technology knowledge (mechanical processing, die casting, stamped process, injection/blow-molding, rubber technologies, assembling, surface and heat treatment)
