61 Ensure Authorisation matrix in ERP is rightly followed as per delegation of authority
61 Regularly track material consumption (direct material & key indirect materials) and make variance analysis
61 Be responsible for material monthly physical count, weekly cycle count
61 Be responsible for costing/inventory related calculation and analysis, financial reports preparation and analysis
61 Fixed assets management: assets related work in ERP, physical assets tracking, yearly physical count
61 Assist manager in budget preparation, monthly variance (Actual Vs. Budget) analysis and action follow-up
61 Assist manager in process optimization and system based control
61 Assist manager in ERP implementation and Finance related training
61 Involve in digitalisation or automation processes for the Company
