What you will do
During your 12 months at UPM, you will embark on an exciting programme which offers you the opportunity to learn more about the different facets of outside sales. Through three distinct programme phases, one of which is abroad, you will also gain insights into other areas of UPM’s organization. Overall, our Graduate Programme aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies. In addition, you will have the change to develop your business network.
Work assignments may include:
· Lead and coordinate the cooperation between E&U and PMs timely and efficiently. · Lead energy/water efficiency development program and track clean run deviation. · Lead E&U maintenance work planning. · Drive for continuous improvement with Digi tools and other process optimization. · Develop and follow-up team performance KPI based on training and competence development plan. · Participate development works for trading in Jiangsu Electricity Spot Market. · Research and implement industry best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Who you are
· You are major in Energy, Electrical or Environment Engineering related, Bachelor degree or above. · You are fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience at power plant or related equivalent working experience. · You have basic project management skill, and basic data analysis and reporting skills. · You are native Chinese speaker with fluent English. · You are initiative and result oriented, active learning attitude. · You are integrity and straight forward dealing, ability to work under pressure. · You have communication, networking and relationship building skills. · You are team player and willingness to take a leader role when necessary.
