What you will do
During your 12 months at UPM, you will embark on an exciting programme which offers you the opportunity to learn more about the different facets of outside sales. Through three distinct programme phases, one of which is abroad, you will also gain insights into other areas of UPM’s organization. Overall, our Graduate Programme aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies. In addition, you will have the change to develop your business network.
Work assignments may include:
· Participate daily maintenance work and meeting. · Learn paper machine structure and get process knowledge of paper making. · Learn machine failure and participate or lead troubleshooting. · Participate area specific development projects. · Learn different maintenance tools and use it. · Coordinate and participate big maintenance projects. · Learn and work with manager to plan maintenance work. · Organize advanced technology communication with suppliers.
Who you are
· You have Bachelor or above degree in mechanical related majors, CET6 is preferred. · You are in fluent English both oral and written. · You are willing to work in paper mill maintenance/production team. · You are willing to make deep learning for most advanced paper machine technology. · You are good at MS office and CAD software etc. · You are engaging team player. · You are open mind and willing to communicate with people. · You are willing to learn abroad in short time.
