As a Customer Service Officer, you'll need to: 1、Follow the PO management and PO confirmation process, keep the data in ERP correct. 2、Shipment documentation and invoicing. 3、Work closely with buyer to understand material status, in order to fulfil Customer demand. 4、Understand the impact of any of Demand changes in ERP, Work closely with buyer to follow up customer demand change. 5、Follow the RMA process. 6、Cooperate to work with LPO & GPO for ERP/QV improvement if needed. 7、Prepare the needed reports in order to increase work efficiency & provide visibility of Order analysis to Trading Manger; Monthly sales report, customer related reports. 8、Weekly sales tracking update and communication with customer. 9、Data in ERP system is accurate, no overdue PO in ERP. 10、PO data is analysed (meets the agreed flexibility) and feedback given if necessary. 11、Customer gets confirmation within agreed time limit. 12、Coordinate with Logistics team the needed documents for shipping goods are done on time. Invoices are done correctly and on time. 13、All reports are correct and are prepared on time. 14、Data in sales report is in line with ERP data and prepared on time. 15、Data is updated based on ERP data and prepared on time. 16、Correct sales figure provided. 17、Defect parts are returned to repair location, internal coordination, sending back to customer and invoicing is done if needed. 18、If any problems the issues are escalated to 1) Management team; 2) customer. 19、Work closely with Buyer & give advises or suggestions to make a feasible & reasonable response to customer. Required know how and skills: 1、Bachelor degree. 2、Good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software tools. 3、Good English Level – fluent speaking, reading & writing English. 4、Good understanding of PO model and RMA process. 5、Ability of team working and Problem solving. 6、Strong sense of responsibility. 7、Strong Communication skills. 8、Willingness to learn and develop. 9、Good analytical skills.
