As a Cost Calculation Lead , you'll need to:
1、Coordination and lead of tendering/bidding/RFQ projects inquiries.
2、Interface to customer, account manager and whole GPV network according process description.
3、Arrange all quotation related meetings, like kick off meeting, follow up additional conference calls, costing review meetings etc.
4、Translate customer documentation into GPV documentation.
5、Coordination of customers and supplier inquiries
and supervision of the set deadlines.
6、Processing and collecting the requested quotation related data and control the data quality.
7、Construction of the calculation (CoMo) and working out tendering/bidding/RFQ data package as requested by BD managers or Account managers.

Required know how and skills:
1、3-5 years working experience in related fields.
2、Bachelor or higher, majoring in engineering, economics or business-related area.
3、Excellent English Oral and writing skill.
4、Intensive commercial sense.
5、Experience on costing calculation for Tendering/bidding/RFQ.
6、Office software skill (especially in Excel)skill.
7、Effectively communicates with internal and external parties to gather and disseminate crucial quoting information.
8、Reviews quotes meticulously, ensuring accuracy and quality.
9、Works closely with cross-functional teams to align on pricing strategies.
10、Identifies and resolves quoting issues promptly, minimizing delays.
11、Analyse quotes to identify cost-saving opportunities and make informed decisions.
12、Prioritizes customer needs, delivering timely and satisfactory quotes.
