Objectives:
61 Daily recognize revenue and accounts receivable, correctly issue related VAT invoices and commercial invoices, prepare AR report and track the AR situation.
61 Be responsible for monthly accounts reconciliation.
61 Prepare the company's PRC financial statements, including monthly, quarterly and annual statements, to ensure that the statements are accurate, legal and compliant.
61 Participate in the financial audit work, organize the financial information needed for the audit.
61 Prepare the reconciliation between management account and PRC statutory account.
61 Update tax laws and regulations to provide advice on tax planning, declare related tax (company income tax, stamp duty, VAT, and others) timely and accurately.
61 Ensure appropriate risk control and compliance in key cycles through effective procedures and training.
61 Rotation will be required to adapt to business and strategy requirements.
61 Other task assigned by manager
61 EHS requirement:
- Comply with any rules specific to a particular site and any Company wide health, safety or environmental requirements.
- Be aware of EHS hazards and use personal protective equipment supplied in accordance with site risk assessments and site rules.
- Report any injuries, unsafe acts or conditions to line managers.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Accounting or finance related, certificated accountant is a must, mid class certificated accountant or CPA is an advantage
At least 5 years working experience in accounting or finance, experience in multinational manufacturing company is desirable, hands on experience on tax planning projects is preferred.
Have strong background for compliance is preferred
Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, with good communication skills, analysis and problem solving skills;
Have good professional quality, be able to abide by the rules and regulations of the company and maintain good professional ethics.
Language Skills:
English can be used as the working language.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel, Familiar with ERP system
