1 Participate in regular order meetings with local sales dept, collect confirmed orders through ERP system and check products information. Timely feedback to sales dept on orders’ completion time.
参加与当地销售部门的定期订单会议，通过 ERP 系统收集已确认的订单并检查产品信息。及时向销售部门反馈订单完成时间。
2 Timely and accurately deliver order requirements (or customer special requirements) to the production
及时准确地将订单要求（或客户特殊要求）交付给生产
3 Follow up production progress, coordinate production, warehouse, sales, and other Depts to ensure orderly production. Consolidate order production to improve production efficiency.
跟进生产进度，协调生产、仓库、销售等部门，确保生产有序进行。整合订单生产，提高生产效率。
4 Track the materials in system on time, guarantee the account and actual inventory in accordance.
根据BOM 及生产实际耗用情况，及时过账，保证账实一致
6 Update goods implementation status, inform the sales deliver the goods on time, and move out the sales orders in system, and submit all shipping documents to finance.
及时更新货物完成情况，通知销售及时提货，并在系统里及时做出货呈交给财务。
No. Other Responsibilities其他职责
1 Cooperate with the Fin. Dept. to close accounts monthly, investigate abnormal causes, and feedback to the other Depts.
配合财务部每月关闭账户，调查异常原因，并反馈给其他部门。
5. Competencies needed for the position (education, specialist knowledge, work experience)

5.1 College degree or above. 大专及以上学历。
5.2 Skilled use of various office softwares (including ERP),熟练使用各种办公软件（包括ERP），
5.3 Have a strong concept of time management, inter-departmental interpersonal communication, planning and implementation ability.
具有较强的时间管理观念、部门间人际沟通、计划及执行能力。
5.4 At least 4 years working experience of planning position in manufacturing enterprises.
年以上制造企业规划岗位工作经验。
5.5 Have a sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
有责任心和承受压力的能力。
