Your Role
1.Participate in the architecture design, development and optimization of middleware software modules in the computing platform, to ensure the stability, performance and security of the system. This includes analyzing the performance bottlenecks of the middleware system and proposing optimization measures to continuously improve system efficiency 2.Participate in system requirement analysis and system design, formulate technical solutions for the middleware based on product requirements, and provide support for technology solution selection. Responsible for evaluating the feasibility and pros and cons of different technical solutions, and provide technical decision-making support for the design and development of the middleware system 3.Responsible for the coding, debugging and testing of middleware software modules, ensure the code quality meets the standards, and be able to solve various technical difficulties encountered during the development process. For complex system problems, able to conduct in-depth analysis and propose innovative solutions 4.Closely collaborate with the architecture, system and application teams to ensure the good integration and coordination between the middleware and upstream/downstream systems. Able to fully understand and meet the needs of different business systems, and coordinate to resolve cross-team technical integration issues 5.Continuously optimize and improve the existing middleware system, improve system performance, reduce resource consumption, and enhance user experience. Continuously focus on the performance bottlenecks and pain points of the middleware system, and propose targeted optimization measures 6.Pay attention to industry dynamics and new technology developments, conduct technology research and introduction, and promote the technological innovation and upgrading of the middleware system. Track the latest technology development trends, evaluate their application potential in the middleware field, and provide support for the system's technological innovation 7.Write and maintain technical documents related to the middleware system, including design documents, user manuals, maintenance guides, etc., to ensure the maintainability and scalability of the system 8.Take on project management and team coordination responsibilities to improve the overall technical level of the team. Able to effectively manage project progress and resources, and lead team members to continuously improve their technical capabilities 9.Interact with the Global middleware team, participate in the localization of Global middleware products, lead local customer solution presentations and technical discussions, and participate in the development of new features and local verification support. Demonstrate good cross-regional collaboration capabilities
Your Background
1.Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field, with a solid foundation in computer science and programming capabilities, and 5+ years of software development experience 2.Proficient in programming languages such as C and C++, familiar with operating systems like Linux or QNX, and software development environments, with strict requirements for code quality and programming standards 3.In-depth understanding of middleware-related technologies, such as communication, storage, RPC framework, SOA service framework, etc., with rich practical project development experience, and strong middleware technology expertise, with experience in performance tuning 4.Good system analysis and design capabilities, able to independently complete software module architecture design and technical solution development, with innovation awareness and ability to solve complex problems 5.Strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration spirit, good communication and problem-solving skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-departmental teams 6.Candidates with automotive industry background or experience in smart cockpit or domain controller middleware development are preferred 7.Candidates with experience in Hypervisor or AP Autosar software development are preferred
