Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our R&D team, focusing on the development and application of Active Metal Brazing (AMB) technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in etching or wet chemistry of brazing layer and thick Cu, or Si3N4 ceramic sintering and qualification, or brazing material development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in the AMB industry, which is rapidly growing in China.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize AMB related processes.
Provide technical support to customers.
Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in AMB.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Ceramics, Materials Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in etching or wet chemistry, or Si3N4 ceramic sintering, or brazing material development.
Prior work experience in the AMB industry is preferred.
Familiarity with laser applications in manufacturing processes is a big plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
