Assist Head of Quality & PM in the development and implementation of process quality assurance to ensure product compliance with standards. 协助质量&项目管理负责人发展和实施过程质量保证,确保产品符合标准。 2. Handle the internal non-conforming parts and follow up the corrective and preventive actions. 参与内部不良品的处理并负责纠正和预防措施的跟踪验证。 3. Planning measurement activities to ensure products meet customer expectations. 规划测量活动,确保产品满足客户期望。 4. Provide inspection training and instruction for inspectors and production team. 给检验员和生产团队提供检验培训和相关指导。 5. Monitor process quality performance and lead resolution of quality issues. 监控过程质量表现,领导解决质量问题。 6. Participate in APQP phases of product development for new projects, Overall project and quality-related content planning completeness and compliance. 参与新项目的产品开发的APQP各阶段。项目整体与质量相关内容策划完整性、符合性。 7. Responsible for collecting customer PPAP requirements and organizing various departments to carry out PPAP document submission and on-site audit. 负责收集顾客PPAP要求,组织各部门开展PPAP文件提交及现场审核工作。 8. Responsible for establishing and improving project APQP requirements and implementing APQP control in all project phases to ensure development quality is achieved. 负责建立并完善项目APQP要求,并在项目各阶段实施APQP管控,保证开发质量达成。 9. Overall responsible for the quality of the project life cycle, to ensure that the project R & D process is controlled, R & D issues are fully verified, to ensure the quality of design and production. 全面负责项目生命周期内的质量,确保项目研发过程受控制,研发问题得到充分验证,保障设计、生产质量。 10. Responsible for verifying the validity of production process implementation and conducting regular process audits and product audits. 负责核查生产制程执行有效性,定期开展过程审核、产品审核。 11. Supplier quality management, including new supplier develop, problem solving, PPAP 供应商质量的管理,包括供应商的开发,供应商质量问题的解决,供应商PPAP。 12. Customer quality management , deal with customer quality complains, solve the issues with 8D or other customer formats, drive internal quality improvement according to customer defect. 客户质量投诉管理,应用8D 或其他客户规定的问题解决方法回复客户,根据客户投诉驱动内部质量改善。 13. Any other assignments defined by superior. 完成上级交给的其他任务。 Qualification and Requirement任职资格 - College degree and above major in Engineering, Mechanical related 工程、机械类相关专业大专及以上学历。 - Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001.8D, APQP,PFMEA,CP,SPC,MSA,PPAP 熟悉IATF16949、ISO9001、ISO14001质量管理体系.及8D, APQP,PFMEA,CP,SPC,MSA,PPAP管理工具。 - With project quality management experience, carry out preventive and reoccurrence prevention activities in the R&D process to avoid recurrence of problems, carry out issued problem management, problem analysis, and promote rapid problem solving. 具备项目质量管理相关经验,在研发过程中开展未然防止及再发防止活动,避免问题重复发生,开展已发问题管理、问题分析,推动问题快速解决。 - Strong communication skills, organizational and coordination skills. 具备较强的沟通能力,组织协调能力。 - Quick learning ability who is target-oriented, self-driven, highly motivated with good team spirit. 有上进心,工作积极主动并有良好的团队合作精神。 - Good written English skills. 良好的书面英语运用。
