1. Lead to Planning, developing and implementation of all written Processes for new model introduction and model year changes.

2. Lead part sequence Setting and line balancing support for more area/line.主持多条生产线的工序的顺序设定。
3. Supplier selection and vendor management for jigs and tooling.夹具、工具供应商选择及管理。
4. Feasibility of all designs to suit manufacturing build requirements.确保设计满足所有生产的要求。
5. Planning, developing and implementation of all tooling and jigs and fixtures, for new model introduction and model year changes.进行新车及年型车涉及到的所有的工具、夹具等设计、开发及验证工作。
6. Lead and coach engineer slove launch issue。主导且指导工程师能够解决投产过程中的问题。
7. Lead some area and line to layout study and process planning 领导某个区域的工艺规划及布局的研究。

录用要求：
1. Educated to Degree level in an engineering discipline工科学士学位
2. More than three years experience of automotive manufacturing and T&F processes有汽车制造业及总装工艺的三年以上经验
3. Knowledge of Product Development procedures熟悉产品开发流程
4. Good English and Chinese language skills较好的中英文技能
5. Skilled user of 2D & 3D CAD systems熟练使用2D/3D软件
6. Good teamwork and communication skills.较好的团队意识及沟通技巧
7. Experience of quality planning and implementation.有质量策划及实施经验
