2. 带领DMBI 团队参与试制造车，收集相关信息，为CJLR投产做准备。

3. 带领DMBI 团队参与车身夹具设计评审，确保其满足生产过程中的尺寸精度和稳定性要求。
Lead DMBI team to attend design review of body jigs, to ensure it to meet the requirement of dimension accuracy and stability for mass production.
4. 带领团队参与DMI相关设备(PCF/E-cube/Aperture Gauge/Ring Gauge, etc.)设计评审。
Lead team to attend the design review of DMI facilities (such as, PCF/E-cube/Aperture Gauge/Ring Gauge, etc.).
5. 带领团队参与车身夹具验收过程，检查夹具是否满足CJLR相关标准，确保前期输入的经验教训以及高风险问题得到有效的实施。
Lead team to attend the buy-off process of body jigs, to check if it meet the specification of CJLR and ensure all Lessons Learned and High-Hurts have been applied effectively.
6. 安排团队资源参与CJLR PCF活动，及时将尺寸精度不满足要求的零件及相应整改意见反馈给冲压团队。
Arrange team resource to attend CJLR PCF activities, and give feedback of parts list and improving suggestion to stamping team for those parts not meet dimension accuracy requirement.
7. 安排团队资源参与自制件模具预验收活动，确保模具回厂前零件尺寸精度达到要求。
Arrange team resource to attend the buy-off process of inhouse dies, and make sure parts can meet dimension accuracy requirement before dies moving back to CJLR.
8. 统筹并监控车身夹具现场调试过程，为每个造车阶段交付满足目标的车身尺寸合格率，并支持相关尺寸问题的解决。
Co-ordinate and monitor the adjustment and improving process of body jigs. Deliver qualified body dimension PIST for each build phase. Support issue analysis and solving.
9. 督促团队成员及时完成资料整理与归档，带领团队在Job+90天内完成投产车型尺寸工程的移交工作。
Supervise and push team members to summary and file related materials timely and lead team to finish handover of dimension engineering in Job+90 days.
10. Coordinate and monitor the compliance with corporate initiatives like TS16949, ISO 14001 etc within the team

11. Represent the Manager Dimensional Maturation & Build Integrity as required.
