Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement analysis and system architecture design需求分析与系统架构设计
61 Collect and analyze customer requirements (e.g. temperature control range, accuracy, energy efficiency requirements, size limits, etc.)收集并分析客户需求（如温控范围、精度、能效要求、尺寸限制等）。
61 Design the overall system architecture, including temperature control units, sensors, cooling/heating modules, power management, communication interfaces, etc.设计整体系统架构，包括温控单元、传感器、制冷/加热模块、电源管理、通信接口等。
61 Evaluate different technical solutions. 评估不同技术方案的可行性。
2. System integration and hardware selection系统集成与硬件选型
61 Determine the core hardware of the temperature control product, such as temperature sensor ，control unit, refrigeration unit, power system, etc.确定温控箱体的核心硬件，如温度传感器、控制芯片、制冷单元、电源系统等。
61 Plan integrated electrical systems, control logic, and mechanical structures to ensure compatibility and reliability between modules.规划电气系统、控制逻辑及机械结构的集成方式，确保模块之间的兼容性和可靠性。
61 Evaluate suppliers and work with purchasing department to select appropriate components and materials.评估供应商，协同采购部门选择合适的元器件和材料。
3. Simulation, testing and optimization仿真、测试与优化
61 Simulation tools (such as MATLAB, Simulink) are used to analyze the dynamic response characteristics of the temperature control system and optimize the control algorithm.使用仿真工具（如MATLAB、Simulink）分析温控系统的动态响应特性，优化控制算法。
61Know about environmental adaptability tests了解环境适应性测试。
61 Optimize systems to improve energy efficiency, reduce power consumption, and reduce temperature fluctuations.迭代优化系统，以提高能效、降低功耗、减少温度波动。
4. Cross-functional communication and project management跨部门沟通与项目管理
61 Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure seamless integration of different modules.与制造工程师协作，确保不同模块的无缝集成。
61 Support the production department to optimize the production process and reduce the problems in the manufacturing process.支持生产部门，优化生产工艺，减少制造过程中的问题。
61 Provide technical support to after-sales team, analyze field feedback and improve products.为售后团队提供技术支持，分析现场反馈并改进产品。
5. Regulatory and compliance management法规与合规性管理
61 Research industry standards (such as ISO 13485 (medical devices), CE, UL, etc.) and ensure product compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.研究行业标准（如ISO 13485（医疗器械）、CE、UL等）并确保产品符合相关法规要求。
61 Participate in certification testing to obtain product certification参与认证测试，获取产品认证。

Requirements for this position
1、 Formal Education
61 Bachelor degree or above, major in in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related fields.
本科及以上学历，机械工程、热能工程、电子工程或相关专业。

2、 Competencies / Skills / Experience
“Must Have”
61 5+ years in R&D, be familiar with the core modules of ovens/refrigerators/ovens etc. (e.g. refrigeration system, heat exchange technology, electrical control).5年以上研发经验，熟悉烘箱/冰箱/烤箱等产品的核心模块（如制冷系统、热交换技术、电气控制）。
61 Proficiency in CAD (Pro/E, SolidWorks), CAE tools, and project management software..
熟练使用CAD（Pro/E, SolidWorks）、CAE等设计工具及项目管理软件。
61 Innovative mindset, teamwork, and cross-departmental communication.
具备创新意识、团队协作能力及跨部门沟通技巧。
