Buyer/Sourcing Engineer - MRO/生产辅料
上班地点：常熟

4. 可接受到上海出差（每月1-2次）
工作职责：
1. Mainly responsible for Indirect and direct material purchasing, but not limited to other goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
2. Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities, communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
3. Conduct sourcing/research for new components/services and suppliers, include Strategic Sourcing.
4. Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers.
6. Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities, prepare reports and updates as and when required.
7. Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings.
8. Prepare and release purchase orders.
9. Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
10. Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures.
11. Assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews to ensure contract compliance, handle the quality and delivery issue and make corrective and preventive actions.
12. Do vendor on-site audits, including regular on-site inspections.
13. Double checking of the receiving/ delivery goods of warehouse. Check the material account monthly and apply the payment to vendor.

工作要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant business/commercial or chemical materials /mechanical/engineering.
2. Experienced in Chemical Industry or with engineering background would be beneficial.
3. Over 5 years’ work experience in purchasing or related field.
4. Familiarity with Sourcing process
5. Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers.
6. Experienced in direct, indirect material or Investment will be preferred.
7. Experienced in Contract management
8. Familiarity with SAP system would be beneficial.
9. Able to add value, reduce costs and input to business improvements.
10. Can work independently, under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations.
11. Integrity- shows moral courage, openness and honesty in all dealings
12. Have a certain foundation in English
13. Personnel who frequently travel between two locations and stay for a long time. Shanghai-Changshu
14. 60% Changshu work and 40% Shanghai work
