Key Responsibilities
1. Product/Technology Transfer产品/技术转移
61 Participate in cross-border product/process/technology transfer, including handover of design specifications, process parameters, and production line adaptation (e.g., equipment debugging, process optimization).参与跨国产品/工艺/技术转移，参与设计规范、工艺参数移交及产线适配（如设备调试、流程优化）。
61 Plan new production line layout and drive localization of process documents (Work Instructions, BOM).规划新产线布局，推动工艺文件本地化（WI、BOM）。
2. Cross-Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration跨区域、跨部门对接
61 Coordinate with global teams to localize technical documentation (e.g., material substitutions, test plans), ensuring compliance with local regulations.协调跨国团队完成技术文档本地化（如材料替代、测试方案），确保符合属地法规。
61 Lead new project execution, coordinate domestic and external resources, and ensure successful product launch and delivery. 负责新项目的推进、协调国内外部资源、确保新产品落地与交付。
61 Collaborate with sales, after sales service, and other teams to gather customer feedback, clarify requirements, and define actionable product optimization plans.与销售、售后等团队沟通，了解客户的声音，明确需求并制定可行的产品优化路线。
61 Provide solutions for the issues arising during new product development and deployment, and facilitate cross-departmental communication for solutions. 对新产品开发与推进过程中出现的各类问题提出解决方案，并组织各部门沟通并落实。
3. Quality Closure质量闭环
61 Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) during transfer phases to identify potential process risks and develop preventive measures (e.g., optimize assembly parameters).在转移阶段实施PFMEA（失效模式分析），识别潜在工艺风险并制定预防措施（如优化组装参数）。
61 Analyze pilot production yield data, drive design defect fixes or process parameter adjustments, and establish closed-loop improvements.分析试产良率数据，推动设计缺陷修复或工艺参数调整，形成闭环改进。
4. Support Localization本地化支持
61 Provide technical training to domestic teams (equipment operation, troubleshooting) to ensure post-transfer operational autonomy.为国内团队提供技术培训（设备操作、异常处理），确保转移后自主运维能力。
61 Assist in technical upgrades for local suppliers to ensure quality and capacity alignment of critical components协助本地供应商技术升级，确保关键零部件质量及产能匹配。
61 Other temporary work assigned by department manager部门经理交给的其他临时工作。

Requirements for this position
A. Formal Education
61 College degree or above, major in mechatronic, mechanical or related大专及以上学历，机电、机械等相关专业。
B. Competencies / Skills / Experience
“Must Have”
61 3D/2D AutoCAD or Solidwors 二维和三维作图能力。
61 At least 5 years factory working experience 5年以上工厂经验。
61 Proactive and good at communication积极主动，善于沟通。
61 Safety production safety awareness安全生产意识。
