As a Logistics specialist, you'll need to:
1、 Monitor, coordinate and supervise for outbound logistics activities.监控、协调和监督出库物流活动。
2、 Ensure operation compliance with internal and external rules/laws/regulations. 确保操作符合内部和外部的规则/法律/法规。
3、 Shipping operation and LSP management including daily management, distribution and business review.发货运营和LSP管理，包括日常管理、配送和业务审核。
4、 Make monthly statistics and cost report, KPI report, Monitor and evaluate vendor performance level via KPI.制作月度统计和成本报告，KPI报告，通过KPI监控和评估供应商绩效水平。
5、 Internal and external shipping requirements gathering and issue standard operating procedure (SOP) with LSP.收集内部和外部运输需求，并与LSP一起发布标准操作程序。
6、 Specific distribution, keep optimization and deployment logistics capability. 特定的配送、保持优化和部署物流能力。
7、 Monthly Logistics RFQ .每月物流询价。

Required know how and skills:
1、 At least 5 years direct working experience in logistics, Import & Export and Trading Business are must.至少5年以上物流、进出口和贸易业务的直接工作经验。
2、 Have a basic knowledge in purchasing and supply chain. 具备采购和供应链的基本知识。
3、 Good computer and MS software skill, good negotiation skill.良好的电脑及MS软件操作能力，良好的谈判技巧。
4、 Proficient oral and written English. 熟练的英语口语和书面表达。
5、 College degree or the above.本科及以上学历。
6、 Professional in logistics and customs operations, insurance handling process. 专业从事物流和海关业务，保险处理流程。
7、 Trading compliance is required， flexibility and Responsible.要求交易合规,灵活性强，责任心强。
10、Good communicate skills.较强的沟通能力。
