We are now looking for an Automation Engineer I. This position is located in Changshu, China.


What you will do

- Manage the auto maintenance work related to auto systems, field equipment, process control systems

- Make prevent maintenance activities and monitoring the performance

- Management of spare part so that the necessary parts are available when needed

- Work with other team members to finish weekly and monthly maintenance work

- Coordinate area specific maintenance tasks during big shutdown

- Coordinate area specific trouble shooting process with other teams from PRD and competence teams

- Participate area specific development projects, e.g. MOP/OP, 5S or Lean

- Self and active learning about automation system


Who you are

- You have ability to work under pressure and tight schedule

- You have communication skills across internal and external stakeholders

- You have minimum two years working experience at automation or related equivalent working experience

- You have basic SAP knowledge in plant maintenance area

- You have basic data analysis and reporting skills

- You have bachelor degree or above

- You have fluent English in writing and speaking
