Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Business Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, cost management, and business planning processes. This role ensures efficient financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control while supporting business decision-making through data-driven analysis. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
Costing & Financial Analysis 61 Conduct BOM cost analysis and preparation to optimize production expenses. 61 Oversee cost accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting. 61 Manage ERP Plex for cost-related activities, ensuring data integrity. 61 Establish and maintain internal price settings across locations (SZ/HK/SV). 61 Perform manufacturing cost calculations to track and optimize efficiency. 61 Define and maintain standard cost structures for accurate financial assessment. 61 Oversee manufacturing cost calculations and monitoring.
Budget Management 61 Monitor and analyze budget vs actual financial performance. 61 Oversee business planning and budgeting processes. 61 Manage Capex cost planning and management. 61 Prepare and submit OPEX reports periodically.
Finance & Accounting (F&A) 61 Prepare and monitor cash arrangement reports. 61 Oversee cost of project(COP) reporting to track expenses and financial impact. 61 Supervise Aion system to ensure RD & Mfg cost allocation
4. Internal Control & Compliance 61 Manage accounting tasks for Plex system control to ensure compliance. 61 Follow up on authorization matrix approvals to maintain accountability. 61 Oversee BPM approval processes for business operations. 61 Handle seal management to maintain document integrity. Education and/or Work Experience Requirement
61 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred). 61 Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role with a focus on cost control, business management, and procedure optimization. 61 Strong knowledge of business and financial principles, including cost management, pricing strategies, and financial forecasting. 61 With problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying business inefficiencies. 61 Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and computer proficiency (MS Office, Power BI etc.) 61 Experience in working with multiple legal entities, working experience in manufacturing industry, cross functional knowledge is must 61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. 61 Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 61 Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 61 Excellent command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
