Responsibility 职责

1. Perform daily breakdown maintenance, and fill out ‘Machine repair application’, analyze and solve the machine problem.
负责设备日常维修工作，按照设备维修申请单及时诊断，分析和解决问题。
2. Implement machine maintenance plan and fill out Machine Maintenance Records.
实施设备维护保养计划，填写设备保养记录。
3. Assist maintenance manager to improve and modify machines.
协助维修经理进行设备改造。
4. Perform daily machine patrol check, find the problem and eliminate the equipment hazards on time.
进行设备日常的巡检工作，及时发现问题和消除设备隐患。
5. Come out spare parts consumption proposal and reasonable spare parts localization proposal.
提交设备备件消耗建议和合理国产化建议。
6. Minimize downtime of machine.
降低因设备故障造成的停机时间。
7. Be responsible for facility and construction maintenance.
负责公司厂房设施的维护保养工作。
8. Assist IT to troubleshoot network and telephone cable.
协助IT处理网络和电话线路故障。
9. Be roster to be on standby for emergency call back to factory when necessary.
值勤待命紧急电话，需要时回厂。
10. Support manager on EHS aspect to prevent any safe accidents.
协助经理EHS的工作，避免任何安全事故的发生。
11. Complete other related maintenance tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交给的其它相关维修任务。



Qualification and Requirement任职资格

1. Technical secondary school or above in electrical or mechanical engineering.
中专或以上学历，电气或机械工程专业。
2. 3 to 5years related working experience.
3-5年相关工作经验。
3. Can work in different shift model.
能够轮班。
4. Obtain the electrician’s operating certificate of low voltage or high voltage.
持有电工特种作业操作证（低压或高压）
5. Obtain the qualification that special equipment safety management or the operation certificate of pressure vessel.
具备特种设备安全管理资质或压力容器操作证书
