Your Contribution The job holder plays the role of Sales controlling and planning in Sales function to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of sales process, business analysis, sales IT tools implementation, strategy sales planning and supports sales team, BU and top management by carrying out MAHLE Sales guidelines and business process. - Responsible for various business analysis, sales reporting, and sales KPI management - Responsible for sales IT tools support, such as SOF, Easy DMS, MACMA, etc. - Responsible for sales contract management system administration - Responsible for strategy sales planning - Support with SAP S4/HANA roll out in China - Support with global contract management system roll out in China - Support with strategic sales planning / annual sales budget planning, to satisfy the long term company’s development and strategic execution - Support with sales process / approval signature guideline implementation and optimization for China - Support with sales process optimization - Management support - Assist and support in special assignments and activities Your Experience & Qualifications - Bachelor degree with Finance, Economics, Information Technology is preferred, 1~3 years' relate working experience - Basic SAP knowledge - Capacity to learn and apply new tools and concepts - Business Intelligence Analysis capability - Goal-orientated working style - Strong Communication & team-working skill
