Job Description:
1. Work with cross-functional team to develop new products using established scientific methods and theories.
2. Estimate cost, resources, and time required to conduct product development, drive technical aspects to meet defined targets and company quality standard;
3. Organize, execute and evaluate laboratory, pilot and production trials;.
4. Summarize and analysis test results and preparing detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations;
5. Prepare complex calculations, specifications, and other technical documentations so that prototype designs can be manufactured;
6. Develop and maintain technical expertise in automotive plastisol related industry field;.
7. Understand how to access and use technical information that includes patents, technical papers, trade journal articles etc; Assess relevant patents, analyze patent scopes and their impact on development paths and raw material selection..
8. Complete APQP documents for developed products;.
9. Responsible for safety related to this position.
10. Project management.
11. Execute the rules of safety & fireproofing management to ensure safety.


Requirements：
1. Bachelor of Science, major of Chemical engineering or Polymer , fluency in English . Can complete development and testing works required by supervisor and customer within due date.
2. Very good data analysis skill and able to question validity of test results.
3. Strong communication skills with local and global team.
