1. Perform new supplier evaluation, conduct supplier an on-site audit and follow up problem which identified until closure if necessary.
对新供应商进行评估，对供应商进行现场审核，并对发现的问题进行跟踪，直至解决。
2. Qualify the process and samples which provided by new supplier and ensure they can meet requirement.
对新供应商提供的工艺和样品进行鉴定，确保其符合要求。
3. Build new incoming inspection criteria and training QC, ensure QC is able to perform it according to SIP.
建立新的进料检验标准并培训QC，确保QC能够按照SIP执行。
4. Do evaluation supplier’s performance and follow up according to plan.
对供应商的绩效进行评估，并按计划进行跟踪。
5. Check the satiation of material on production line on time, issue CAPA and follow up if necessary.
及时检查生产线上的物料是否满足要求，及时发出纠正措施并跟进。
6. Do evaluation and approval on change of supplier and follow up the changing status on time, Also ensure the change can be performed well according to plan.
对供应商变更进行评估和审批，并及时跟踪变更情况，确保变更能够按计划顺利进行。
7. Be family with production process of supplier and push do internal improvement if necessary.
配合供应商的生产流程，必要时推动内部改进。
8. In-charge of in-process & out-going quality control and quality improvement
负责生产过程中、出厂质量控制和质量改进
9. Coordinate with Project & Validation team for process validation.
协调项目及验证团队进行工艺验证。
10. Maintain and ensure processes are aligned with procedures / work instructions and ISO standard.
维护并确保流程符合程序/工作指示和ISO标准。
11. In-charge of product / process criteria and record update.
负责产品/工艺标准和记录的更新。
12. NCP and CAPA management, verification and validation of corrective and preventive action taken and follow-up to ensure on-time closure.
NCP和CAPA的管理，所采取的纠正和预防措施的验证和确认，并进行跟踪以确保及时关闭。
13. Handling of customer complaint investigation.
处理客户投诉调查。
14. Monitoring and reporting on the monthly Quality Objectives achievement.
监督并报告月度质量目标的达成情况。
15. Internal auditor for conducting internal audit. Support external audit.
负责内部审计的内审员。支持外部审计。
16. Perform data analysis on process quality.
对工艺质量进行数据分析。
17. Manage and coordinate QC daily operation.
管理和协调QC的日常工作。
18. Manage and coordinate Metrology lab daily operation.
管理和协调计量实验室的日常工作。
19. Finish other task which supervisor assign in time.
及时完成主管交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历
2.至少有5年以上质量管理,熟悉电脑软件（Excel and word）
3.具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
4.英语流利
