岗位职责：
-Implement equipments maintenance according to annual maintenance plan and management document to ensure that the equipments are in good status. Complete the corresponding indicators in KPI.
对责任设备依照年度计划和管理文件进行维护保养活动，确保其处于良好的使用状态，完成KPI中的相关指标。
-Provide technical support to technicians on equipment maintenance and repair to ensure that technicians master the right methods.
对维修员进行设备维保方面的技术支持工作，确保维修员正确掌握设备的维保方法；
-Provide technical support service to operators to ensure that they master the right operating method and autonomous maintenance.
对设备操作者进行服务技术支持活动，确保操作人员掌握设备的使用操作和自治性维护工作的内容。
-Assist equipment maintenance supervisor to draw up equipment management files, autonomous and professional maintenance working instructions. Maintain and update all above documents.
配合设备维护主管编制相应的设备管理程序文件、自治性和专业性的维护作业指导书，维护并更新。
-Take part in equipment technical improvement. Pre-inspect, make drawings, and prepare maintenance and reform plan or technical agreement.
参与设备技术改进工作，预检、绘制图纸、编制维修改造方案或技术协议。
-Be responsible for maintenance and operation of duty equipments data for this position.
负责ERP系统中，本岗位责任设备数据的维护和操作。
-Be responsible for the concerned work of equipment installation and relocation. Ensure that equipment installation, configuration, accuracy comply with the concerned national regulations and technical requirements.
负责设备安装和移位中的相关部分工作，确保设备的安装、配置、精度符合国家相关规范要求和相应的技术文件要求
-Finish the other work required by leader.
完成领导要求的其它工作


Qualification任职资格：
-College degree or above, major in mechanism or mould making
机械、模具制造或相关专业专科以上学历
-At least 3 years’ equipment maintenance experiences
3年以上大型设备维修类工作经验
-Certificated at Senior Locksmith or assistant engineer or above. Be familiar with machining, material processing, welding process. Experienced in NC equipment and hydraulic system maintenance. Skilled in mechanical equipments as lathe, drill, welder etc. Be capable of processing simple equipment spare parts.
具有钳工高级工（或助理工程师）以上资格证书，熟悉机加工、材料处理、焊接工艺过程。有数控设备、液压系统的维修经验，可以熟练使用车床、钻床、焊机等机械设备，简单加工设备备件。
-Fluent in written and spoken English is priority
良好的专业英语水平（读，说）优先
-Well skilled in computer use and Microsoft Office software. Master design software like AutoCAD, Pro/E, Solidworks, etc.
良好的计算机使用水平，熟练使用Office办公软件，精通AutoCAD机械制图，了解pro/E，Solidworks等机械设计类软件
