· 参减少设备停机，保证工厂设备设施使用效率化，确保公司用水用电安全

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILIT


· 定期对电子锯、双端铣、CNC、涂装线、空压机、配电站等设备设施进行巡检，保证设备设施正常运行

Regular inspection of equipment and facilities such as cutting machine, slotting machine, printing&coating line,air compressor, power station to ensure the normal operation of equipment and facilities

· 对存在故障的设备设施进行维修，尽快恢复设备正常运行且保证质量

Maintain the malfunctioning equipment and facilities and restore the normal operation of the equipment as soon as possible, ensure the activities result in high quality.

· 对设备设施进行预防维修、预测维修，减少设备故障发生率

Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance of equipment and facilities to reduce the incidence of equipment failure

· 负责高、低压配电系统高低压开关柜、继电保护装置等正常运行，电力电缆、供电线路的完好，电气设备和元器件的点检、保养、维护、更换等工作

Responsible for the normal operation of high and low voltage switchgear and relay protection devices in high and low voltage distribution systems, the perfection of power cables and power supply lines, spot inspection, maintenance, maintenance and replacement of electrical equipment and components, etc.

· 合理使用备品备件，对可修复件进行维修，确保修复件的正常使用

Rational use of spare parts, maintenance of repairable parts to ensure the normal use of repairable parts

· 对外包商进行管理，确认外包商遵守公司规定，并按照要求完成规定工作任务

Manage the outsourcer, confirm that the outsourcer complies with the company's regulations and complete the specified tasks according to the requirements

· 正确填写和保存维护记录

Correctly fill in and save maintenance records

· 积极探讨和提出对设备设施的改进建议

To actively explore and propose suggestions for improvement of equipments and facilities




EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education Required:

中专及以上相关电气专业知识
Technical secondary school or above related electrical professional knowledge

Experience required:

持有低压电工证，同时具备高压证者优先
Have low voltage electrical certificate and high voltage certificate are preferred.

需要有西门子PLC经验

Experienced in Siemens PLC

具备3年以上三年以上制造或加工行业相关电气维护工作经验
More than 3 years’ relevant electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing or process industry.

从事过设施维修工作
Engaged in facility maintenance

Competencies required:

Good at communciation and coordination

Good computer skill for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
