Responds to new Requests for Quotation received from the Customers by e-mail or downloaded from the portals Collaborates with the Advanced Sales Engineers, Project Buyers, Tehnical Department for realizing the internal Price of production and Offer for the Customers Collaborates with the Project Buyers, Advanced Sales Engineers, Technical Department, Quality Department, Production Department and manages Feasibility meetings of the project allocated for quotation Elaborates the internal Price of production and Offer for the Customers, validates the commercial Offer with the General Manager and send it to the Customers Follows up the quoted Offers and negociates them with the Customers Forwards Customer standards and requirements in the organization Follows up the solution of the Customer's requirements in his responsibility Maintains good communication with the Customer related to the quoted project Contributes to products profitability for the Customers in his responsibility Follows up the payments situation and manages the solution of overdue invoices for the Customers in his responsibility Manages the performance evaluations of the Customers in his responsibility Registers and updates the prices in the system, analyzes the differences and forwards the price modifications to Logistic Department Requests, registers and monitors the commercial forecasts for the Customers in his responsibility and analyzes their evolution Manages the orders received from the Customers and follows up their status (others than orders for serial products) Organizes visits to the Customers in his responsibility Provide reporting to Plant Manager and Group hierachy at request Realize sales indicators for his plant , theirs follow up and action plan when targets are not reached Participates to the realisation of the specific commercial and marketing products and events Participates at annual inventory at request Proposes improvement actions in the Commercial Department and in the organization Participates at KAIZEN actions Assures polivalency according to the Polivalency Matrix Participates to Management of Environment System trainings Participates to Health and Security in Work trainings ISO 9001, IATF 16949 Reading and understanding of technical drawings and norms General knowledge of metal, plastic & specific components General knowledge of stamping, moulding and assembling technology General knowledge of commercial romanian legislation General knowledge regarding markets and prices English language - advanced level French language - medium level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Negotiation methods INCOTERMS Driver's licence: B category Kaizen basis knowledge (Standardisation, 5S, Problem Solving, Visual Management) Good communication skills Emmotional intelligence Synthesizing Social Intelligence, Social skills Presentation Skills Reactivity Negotiation skills Bachelor's degree preferable in Technical Field or Economical Field
