Ensure the mold production, management, maintenance and other work

保证模具正常生产，管理，维护等工作。

具体工作职责SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


· Mould maintenance and mould preparation before mould production

模具定期保养和模具生产前模具准备。

· Mold wear parts, replacement of spare parts, mold maintenance (for simple mold repair without processing)

模具易损件，备件更换，模具维修（针对不需要加工类简单修模）。

· Production routine exception handling, the *** time to solve some easy to solve problems.

生产日常异常处理，***时间解决一些容易解决的问题。

· Mould book management

模具台账管理。

· 5S and kanban update maintenance of mold area

模具区域的5S及看板更新维护。

· Mold maintenance standard parts, wear parts, spare parts inventory management

模具保养标准件，易损件，备件库存管理。

· Follow up and provide technical support for new mold factory

新模厂内试模跟踪和技术支持作

· Establish and maintain mould resume

模具履历的建立及维持。

学历要求Education required:


Technical secondary school graduated with basic English and computer（MS Office） skills.
