工作职责Responsibilities：
1: capable of composing technical specification for new machines according to product and process standard requirement
2: lead all tasks and ensure all milstone without risk especially design release, SFT and final acceptance.
3: create and manage manufaturing documents (WI,MPS, MSI,MPS...)
4: responsible for training operator‘s skill of machine operation and change over
5: analyze the root cause of customer complaint related to the manufacturing process
6: analyze the production data to firgure out root cause of scrap, efficiency, down time, cost related to the manufacturing engineering , define the action and excute
7: save the cost through improving CT, tools and consumable material consumption, energy consumption, and capacity
8: coordinate with maintenance team about the machine fault and decrease downtime
9: setup new variants according to different projects plan
10:other tasks assigned by supervisor


任职要求Qualification：
1. Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or similar
2. Fluent Englihs both in oral and written
3. Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,project, AutoCAD)
4. Min 2 Years of Process Engineering or Automation
5. Project experience is required
6. At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
