In this role, you will connect our gear grinding technology with our newly introduced machine monitoring technology to support our customers in China. You are primarily responsible for introducing, setting up, and applying data-based analysis and optimizing manufacturing processes on our customers’ machines.

Your exciting and challenging work and responsibilities will include

Using our advanced process and component monitoring system, integrated with gear grinding technology, to support our customers in improving and optimizing their manufacturing processes
运用莱斯豪尔智能过程和部件监控系统，结合齿轮磨削技术，支持我们的客户改进和优化制造工艺
Advice and support customers, our sales department, and customer service regarding the process and component monitoring system during the pre-sales and after-sales phases
在售前和售后阶段，为客户、销售部门和客户服务部门提供关于莱斯豪尔过程和部件监控系统的建议和支持
Provide professional training on gear grinding technology and the process and component monitoring system
负责齿轮磨削技术以及过程和部件监控系统的专业培训
Support the development department in Switzerland in further developing the system for China-specific requirements
支持瑞士总部的研发部门针对中国市场进行技术开发和拓展
Requirements 岗位要求:
Master’s degree or higher from Technical University/Institute in Mechanical Engineering
机械工程或相关专业，硕士及以上学历
Experience in experimental measurements, data processing, and control systems is an asset
有实验测量、数据处理和控制系统方面的经验优先
Knowledge of gear technology and grinding technology is a plus
了解齿轮知识和磨削技术为加分项
Skills in Python, Matlab or Labview would be an advantage

Excellent analytical skills and a methodical and structured approach to work
优秀的分析能力和系统有序的工作方法
Very good skill in writing, communication, and presentation in Chinese as well as in English or German

Willingness to travel for customer visits
