QUALIFICATION 任职资格: ü B.S degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or automotive engineering ü At least 2 years customer quality management experience ü Familiar with ISO9001 or ISO/TS16949 system, VDA6.3 are preferred ü Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D and other quality tools ü Good understanding for quality tools for problem solving ü Fluent with written and spoken English ü Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Visio), Minitab and SAP is preferred ü Good communication skills and teamwork spirit DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: ü Identify customer requirement clearly; ü STFC/TFC review ü Flow Chart/PFMEA/Control Plan prepare and review ; ü Prepare MSA & Capability plan ü Take the responsibility for searching gages’ supplier, manufacturing & validating gages(MSA/calibration); ü Prepare PPAP package and submit ü Prototype/PV sample validation ü Conduct Quality issue review and resolve ü Work with Purchasing and R&D with supplier and material evaluation ü Advanced product inspector training and management ü Lead product audit and process audit according to plan. ü Customer compliant handle with 8D report
