主要职责：
1、开展半导体化学品的小试、中试研发， 包括调研、研究、准备、实施、数据记录等。
Conduct pilot and pilot research and development of semiconductor chemicals, including investigation, research, preparation, implementation, data recording, etc .
2、负责或者配合完成公司半导体化学品新材料的开发，过程中完善工艺，提高产品质量。
Responsible for or cooperate with the company to complete the development of new semiconductor chemical materials, improve the process, improve product quality .
3、与质量部门合作，为研发的半导体化学品编写分析标准，包括提供样品分析测试所需检测的项目。
Work with quality department to develop analytical standards for semiconductor chemicals, including providing testing items for sample analysis and testing .
4、与市场部门合作，收集国内外技术和市场资料，关注半导体化学品动向及相关检测方法，为研发决策提供技术参考。
Work with Marketing Department to collect technical and market information at home and abroad, pay attention to semiconductor chemical trends and related testing methods, provide technical reference for R&D decisions .
5、与销售部门合作，了解国内外市场需求，特别关注客户或者意向客户需求，包括所需产品的标准。
Work with sales department to understand domestic and international market demand, pay special attention to customer or potential customer demand, including the required product standard .
6、协助进行所开展项目产品的成本核算。
Assist in cost accounting of project products.
7、负责项目日常管理和发展工作。
Responsible for daily project management and development.
8、准备培训材料，分享半导体化学品基础技术知识。
Prepare training materials to share basic technical knowledge of semiconductor chemicals.
9、完成研发部副总和研发经理安排的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by R&D vice general manager and R&D manager.
任职要求：
1、教育背景 Educational Background
本科及以上，具有化学、应用化学、配位化学，化工工程与工艺、材料科学与工程 、工业催化或其他类似专业。
Batchelor’s degree or above degrees, with (physical) chemistry, physical engineering, process technol
ogy, industrial catalysis or other similar majors
良好的专业基础知识和技能，热爱研发工作，吃苦耐劳。
Good basic professional knowledge and skills, love R & D work, hard-working .
2、工作经验 / Job experience
具有两年以上的工艺放大经验， 有半导体化学品或其他高纯化学品、高纯金属有机化合物工艺放大经验者优先。
At least 2 years R&D experience, semiconductor chemical or other high purity chemical, high purity metal organic compound R&D experience is preferred ;
