Responsibilities
- Design process and process flow from the product design phase
根据产品要求， 新品设计阶段开始进行工艺，制程，产线等 设计， 进行工艺、工艺流程的设计
- Research and introduce the new process or technology to mass production
新制程， 关键制程的导入
- Make training document and implement training for relative people according to HR plan
编制培训资料，并按要求对相关人员培训
- New fixture and tools development from design until release
生产所用夹具的设计、开制、释放
- Capacity analyze
产能分析
- Production problem hunting.
生产过程中的问题进行分析、改进
- Use IE Skill to improve Process flow,Line balance and production efficiency
利用IE技能， 对生产现场的流程，线平衡等持续改进和提高生产效率；
- Release standard new machines or equipment
标准新机器、新设备的释放
- Others task arranged by supervisor temporarily
上级交办的其他事情

Qualifications
机械、电气工程、材料类专业大专以上学历
有3年以上工艺或制造方面的工作经验。（PC/WH工艺工程师）
SAP操作熟练
熟悉生产工艺、时间测定，如REFA等
受过项目管理、精益生产和防呆方面的培训。
