Main responsibilities主要职责：
1. Maintain the company's business strategic interests duration daily work, 日常工作中维护公司商业战略利益。.
2. Follow the NPD project process to manage High end medical device R&D projects;
按照公司新产品开发项目流程进行高端医疗器械项目管理工作；
3. Manage Project & Program transfer from Medtronic, collaborate and coordinate the internal Kangdi cross functional team work with Medtronic sending site team, to ensure successful project initiation and delivery with planned schedule and budget.管理美敦力产线转移项目管理，协调康迪内部各部门与美敦力转出公司团队合作，确保按照计划和预算成功完成项目;
4. Manage joint R&D project both mother company or any other 3rd party, collaborate and coordinate the internal Kangdi cross functional team work with Medtronic or any other 3rd party company team, to ensure successful project initiation and delivery with planned schedule and budget.管理与美敦力或者第三方合作研发项目，协调康迪内部各部门与美敦力或者第三方团队合作，确保按照计划和预算成功完成项目;
5. Develop project schedules according to request and manage project timeline to ensure deliverables at key milestones according to project schedule根据需求开发项目计划，并确保项目按照计划完成。
6. Manage project cost in budget by preparation, monitoring, scope management and reporting on a timely base with project steering committee. 管理项目预算，定期向管理委员会汇报预算日常管理。
7. Foresee any issues and report to the project team, collaborate the team efforts to solve the issue, and ensure productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.提前预警项目风险给团队，与团队协作共同解决问题，确保满足生产，质量和客户满意度目标
8. Prepare the project report and communicate with the project team on a regular basis.准备汇报文件，与项目团队定期沟通
9. Parallelly in charge of multiple major projects.
同时负责多个较大项目的管理工作；
10. Establish & lead cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects;
建立并领导职能团队进行项目评估、开发和管理，
11. Focus on project budgets, schedules, performance and make sure all deliverables are completed meet project definition & objects;
关注项目预算、时间和质量并确保可交付成果满足项目定义和目标;
12. Communicate with stakeholders, obtain stakeholder engagement to solve business issues.
沟通并引入相关方，确保项目顺利进行；
13. Assist the department manager in handling relevant work.协助部门经理处理相关工作。

Job Requirements任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Science and Business or equivalent.
工程、科学类商业类相关学科的学士学位或以上
2.8+ years’ experience in field of mechanical or equivalent product design or manufacturing including 5 years’ Project management. With background of big foreign capital medical device is preferred.
在机械或相关产品研发、制造或相关领域8年以上工作经验，其中5年以上项目管理经验，外资医疗器械行业背景优先。

4.Equipment project management experience is preferred.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certificate is strongly recommended. 设备项目管理经验优先,项目管理专业证书或相似的证书优先
5.Fluent written and oral English and mandarin.
