岗位职责：
全面负责配料系统工程国内外项目的管理，包括但不仅限于：
- 制订项目进度计划、预算，编写相关项目管理文件、报表；
- 负责与客户联络沟通，安排技术交流，落实付款进度，安排安装、调试、验收等工作；
- 负责组织、协调、监督公司设计、制作、采购、物流、服务、财务等各部门项目执行；
- 负责项目进度、成本等报表的定期编制、汇报；
- 负责项目成本、进度、质量、安全、风险等的控制；
- 本岗位需能适应出差。
职位要求：
- 大学本科以上机电类相关专业，3年以上专职项目管理岗位工作经验，熟悉工业工程项目实施的流程及管理要求；
- 有技术背景，熟练使用MS Project，了解机械或电气设备或系统，曾设计或实施过类似项目者优先；
- 熟悉玻璃行业，或在冶金、化工、医药、食品、饲料等行业有过建厂经验者优先；
- 了解电子计量、称重配料系统，有相关从业经历者优先；
- 成熟稳重、诚实自律，具团队合作精神，善与同事、客户沟通，能够出差；
- 英文熟练，有外企工作经验者优先。

Responsibilities:
Manage the project of batch plant, including but not limited to:
- Schedule and budget the project, compile related project management files
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of technology, purchasing, logistic and finance departments
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, to ensure the payments and arrange site commissioning and service
- Supervise and communicate with suppliers, to ensure quality and delivery time

Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in mechanic or electrical, min. 3 years working experience
- Know the process and requirement of industrial project management, similar working experience is preferable
- Certain technical background, skill at MS Project, knowing mechanic transportation equipment or electric control system, similar experience of engineering or project management is preferable
- Knowing glass or dry-mixed mortar industries, or once experience of plant construction in metallurgical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food or animal food industries is preferable
- Working experience in weighing & batching system business is preferable
- Mature, honest and self-disciplined, team working spirit and be able to travel
- Fluent English speaking and working experience in foreign companies are preferable
