1.Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. 2.Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs 3.Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations 4.Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive Maintenance contracts 5.Respond to emergencies 6.Comply with all safety procedures and requirements 7.Maintain compliance according to local code and regulation 8.Implement new project construction, new equipment installation and the following debugging and acceptance 9.Investigate and analysis the equipment failure and potential risk and take corrective actions 10.Implement regular safety inspection and risk assessment to assure continuous safety improvement 11.Monitor wastewater, waste gas and relevant treatment facilities running. Manage hazardous waste 12.Maintenance and management of fire-fighting facilities, security systems, gas systems, and maintenance of facilities related to construction, water supply and drainage, air pressure, substations, HVAC, boilers, special equipment, etc. Requirement: Mechanical Subject major preferred 3-5years facility and equipment maintenance experience Knowledge of safety production laws and regulations Familiar with CAD software and can understand mechanical and piping system drawings English skills not a must
