Qualifications任职资格:

？ University degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 计算机专业或相关专业本科学历；
？ Minimum 5 years work experience in network servers and desktop systems; 网络服务和硬件系统至少5年工作经验；

Duties and Responsibilities职责:

？ Organize and setup in-house computer system and network to support the on-going and increase in computer needs of all the operations; 组织并设置公司内部计算机系统和网络，支持所有岗位的正在进行的和增长的电脑需求；
？ Establish needs and goals of the department based on company target;根据公司目标建立部门需求和目标；
？ Develop policies and procedures of the department, review the scheduling, implementation, and monitoring of all departmental activities to completion of projects; 制定部门政策和程序，跟踪所有部门内活动的计划进度、执行和监测情况，以便项目及时完成；
？ Responsible, in conjunction with Finance, for annual department budget preparation and monitoring to ensure budget in achieved; 做年度预算准备，并控制确保在预算内完成；
？ Oversee all IT service function for the company, other than those dealing with SAP: business system change, and enhancement control; technical support; access security; 核查公司的服务功能: 除SAP以外的业务体系更改、增强控制、技术支持和安全登录；
？ Through response time, system availability, and up time, ensure appropriate service levels to the end users; 通过相应时间、系统可用性和时间更新来管理；
？ Implement solutions based on company long-term business plan;根据公司长期业务计划执行解决方案；
？ Hardware/software approval and recommendation, ensure that all company software has a valid license; 硬件/软件的批准和推荐，确保公司所有软件都有合法授权；
？ Ensures that all software CD-ROM’s, disks, and manuals are properly stored and tracked; 确保所有软件CD、硬盘和手册都得到适当储存并可找到；
？ Set access rights for system and information, provide system access security; 设置系统和信息访问权限，提供系统安全访问；
？ Provide disaster recovery planning and business continuance planning (incl. Backup system and media storage); 提供灾难防御计划和业务持续计划（包括系统备份和数据库）；
？ Develop standards for program and system, documentation and the acquisition of hardware/software; 开发程序和系统的规格标准，作成文件并确保硬件/软件的获得；

？ Control computer systems fixed asset inventory 控制计算机系统固定资产目录；

？ Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered;确保坚持公司的政策和程序；
？ Maintaining and enhancing the system of Magna IT and Information Security including a timely and accurate reconciliation process.维护和加强Magna IT和信息安全控制体系，包括及时准确的完善；
？ Complete internal & external audit; 完成内部和外部审计
？ Perform other duties as required by Finance controller;财务总监分配的其他任务；
？ Plan and arrange work to ensure that safe and healthful working conditions are maintained at all times for the employees, their supervisor and colleagues;计划和安排确保他管理的员工和同事的安全健康的工作的维护；

？ Comply with the designated ISO / TS 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines; 遵守ISO / TS 16949 、EMS和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针；
？ Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure; 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行；
？ Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook;遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。
