Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Responsible for the implementation of the projects cooperated with customers, from the project startup to the project's delivery and the end of the project, the main content includes:
负责客户所购设备的项目执行，从项目启动到项目的交付及尾款工作，主要内容包括:
1.1 Kick off the project internally, including the set up and coordination the project milestone with the business departments, configuration deviation analysis between the pre-launched project with the sales contract. Coordinating the project launching in SAP system until the material requirements generated.
项目在内部的启动，包括项目节点的制定并与业务部门协调一致，对启动项目与销售合同的配置差异进行分析。协调SAP系统的项目启动直至产生物料需求。
1.2 At least two months before project delivery, CPM visits customer with the customer documentation prepared by R&D, and hand over with customer in technical, to let customer be clear of the preparation of the utilities and the foundation before machine delivery.
至少项目在交付2个月前，根据研发的客户图纸拜访客户，并与客户进行技术交底，使客户明确在设备交货前需要准备的配套设施及基础建设。
1.3 According to the contract, chasing the delivery payment with customer before machine shipment
根据合同约定，在设备交付前与客户进行发运款的催要工作。
1.4 According to the contract, responsible for the machine shipment to customer on time and in full
根据合同约定，负责按时并完整得完成设备向客户的交付。
1.5 If missing part happened during machine shipment, responsible for the missing part delivery, to avoid the missing part impact the installation progress in site
如存在设备缺件发运，负责缺件部分发运至现场的进度，避免因缺件导致对安装进度的影响。
1.6 According to the contract and the customer expectation management on the delivery time, proactively communicate internally/externally, monitoring, and precious evaluation on the machine delivery time, to increase the shipment accuracy and reduce the finish goods inventory
根据合同及对客户端设备交付的预期管理，积极进行内外部沟通对设备发货期的跟踪并精确展望，提升发运时间精确度及减少成品机库存。
1.7 According to the contract, responsible for the balancing payment chasing, after machine accepted by customer in site.
根据合同约定，负责设备在客户端验收后，向客户催要尾款。
2.Responsible for the imported machine project execution, include:
负责国内客户所购的进口设备的项目执行，主要内容包括：
2.1 Before project delivery, according to foreign project responsible party delivered the customer drawing, CPM visits the customer and hand over it in technical, in order to let customer be clear of the preparation of the utilities and the foundation before machine delivery
项目在交付前，根据国外项目负责方提供的客户图纸拜访客户，并与客户进行技术交底，使客户明确在设备交货前需要准备的配套设施及基础建设
2.2 As the coordinator and the communicator between foreign project responsible party and the local customer, chase the delivery payment with customer before machine shipment, and complete the machine delivery to customer.
作为国外项目负责方与国内客户之间的协调及沟通者，在设备交付前与客户进行发运款的催要工作，并完成设备向客户的交付。
2.3 As the coordinator and the communicator between foreign project responsible party and the local customer, monitor the machine installation and acceptance progress together with the service department, and track the open items, which impact the project progress, until its closure.
作为国外项目负责方与国内客户之间的协调及沟通者，同国内服务部门一同跟踪设备在现场安装及验收的进度，并对影响项目的重要开口项进行跟踪，推动直至关闭。
2.4 As the coordinator and the communicator between foreign project responsible party and the local customer, chase the balancing payment after machine accepted.
作为国外项目负责方与国内客户之间的协调及沟通者，在设备验收后向客户催要尾款。
3.Assist the sales team for the sales contract printing and signature within the company. Before the circulation, identify the possible risk points in the sales contract.
协助销售团队对待签合同在公司内部的打印及签字工作。并在流转前，对销售合同中有可能的风险点进行识别。

4.1 Owns the project quality, scope, schedule and resources/cost management.
负责项目质量，范围，时间，资源及成本的管理
4.2 Owns project communication (internal and external to project team)
负责项目内外部的沟通
4.3 Owns project documents and their quality (charter, risk register, etc.)
负责项目文档的管理
4.4 Owns WBS (work breakdown structure), identification of proper resources (skills) and negotiation for resources with functional owners
负责项目中工作的拆分并与各个部门进行资源整合的协商
5.Owns other tasks or projects nominated by the department head
负责其他由部门经理交待的任务或项目

Qualification 任职资格
1.Bachelor’s degree on mechanical or electrical engineering
机电工程专业本科以上学历
2.Five years and above of experience in project management faced to customer.
5年以上面对客户的项目管理经验
3.Professional certifications (PMP/PMI, PRINCE, etc) is preferred
专业证书（PMP/PMI, PRINCE等）优先
4.Experience in project management to customer with large mechanical and electrical products.
具备大型机电设备面对客户端的项目管理经验
5.Excellent cross-function communication and presentation skills, able to properly handle interpersonal relationships. And result-oriented, resolve conflicts encountered in the work.
出色的跨部门沟通及表达能力，能妥善处理人际关系并化解矛盾
6.Good judgment on the issue development.
对于事物的发展具备良好的判断力和前瞻力。
7.Fluent English in oral and written
良好的英语书写和口语交流
