职位概述 This position is responsible for managing daily operation of the Testing Lab according to required standards and testing procedures with the objective of delivering professional service to customer. 该岗位主要负责公司实验室的管理和日常运营,提供测试数据和结果,为客户提供专业测试服务。 岗位职责 1. Review and improve the laboratory operation procedures to sustain productivity at high level and to meet the requirement of ISO/IEC 17025 and related requirement . 按照ISO17025等相关标准运营实验室,并提高实验室的设备利用率; 2. Facilitate staff to develop technical and operational competence, provide/coordinate relevant training to lab staff to ensure organization stability and effectiveness of laboratory team . 为实验室人员提供相应培训,提升人员技术和运营能力,以保证实验工作的稳定、高效; 3. Monitor the use and maintenance of laboratory equipment . 负责实验室设备的使用和维护保养; 4. Control of laboratory consumables to reduce the lab cost according to financial management objectives . 负责实验室设备耗材的经济高效利用; 5. Considering market needs, support the sales team to set up SOP for new test method and review method validation/ verification data . 基于市场需求,协助销售团队开发新的实验方法,建立标准工作流程并进行验证; 6. Supervisory team member fully compliance with EHS guidelines to protect life and property security . 确保实验室的环保、职业健康以及安全达到EHS相关标准,确保人员和财产的安全 7. Work with quality responsible person to effectively and timely handle complaint to reduce customer complaint rate and increase customer satisfaction . 与质量负责人一起及时处理客户投诉,提升客户满意度。 任职条件 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, mechanical or material; 本科及以上学历,机械,材料,工程专业; 2. At least 5 years’ experience in the field of fire, material testing 在防火,材料等测试领域具有至少5年工作经验; 3. At least 3 years’ experience within testing and familiar with lab operation management; 其中至少具有3年实验运营及管理经验; 4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions.| 了解工作目标,标准,流程等 5.
