1. Ensures to build, implement, and continuously improves quality system and quality policy which is compatible with company development and customer requirements
2. Review of quality documentation (Flowchart, Control plan, FMEA, etc.) according to Quality System procedures in cooperation with relevant functions;
2. Ensure use of quality & problem solving tools in daily works (Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D-Report, etc.)
3. Implement of clear processes and lead improvement activities;
8. Work together with purchasing department for supplier’s quality improvement
9. Participate in quality activities and follow/ maintain ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949;ISO13485;
11. Contribute & support product release activities (PPAP/ISIR/Audits/SOP)
12. Be responsible for the employee evaluation, training, development and performance assessment in the department.
13. Cooperate with & support head of department in reporting & related tasks
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or related fields 5-7 years’ work experience in manufacturing / quality related area, 3 years staff team management experience. Familiar with Automotive industry customer requirement Leadership & social competence combined with directed communication ability Proactive, open minded ,able to work under pressure; Excellent command of English
