工作职责：
1. To implement preventive maintenance plan regularly and record.
执行设备的定期保养并记录。
2. To implement repairing task in mechanic malfunction and record.
执行机械故障的诊断及维修任务并记录。
3. Training operators implement autonomous maintenance for equipments.
指导设备操作员对设备进行规范的自主保全操作。
4. Assistant carry out equipment's installation ，move and finally acceptance.
协助设备安装，搬迁及终验收。
5. To solve the leakage problem of equipments.
解决机床设备等的跑、冒、滴、漏问题。
6. To implement overhaul of equipments yearly.
执行设备年度精度及功能检查。
任职资格：
1. College (mechanic) or above.
大专以上学历，机械相关专业。
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in maintenance area, familiar with malfunction diagnosed system, understanding TPM concept.
3年以上从事机床维修行业的工作经验，熟悉故障诊断体系，了解TPM理念。
3. Knowledge of all machine units (mechanical), understanding of mechanical principle, good operation skill in mechanical area.
熟悉机床构造(机械)， 熟悉机械原理图，有良好地机械操作基础。
4. English skill in read and write.
良好的英语读写能力。
5. Good communicating ability, team work spirit, initiative and commitment.
良好的沟通能力，具有团队精神，主动及愿意承担责任。
