Job Responsibility: 1.Define supply chain strategy and objectives to support company overall business strategy and goals 2.Design supply chain team structure, plan and recruit talents to meet dynamic business needs 3.Continually monitor and improve supply chain processes to be more effective and efficient 4.Set annual KPIs and action plan, monitor and drive team to achieve the targets 5.Strive to lower costs by strategic supplier selection, annual supplier negotiation and cost reduction projects 6.Monitor supplier performance by monthly supplier score card, annual supplier assessment; drive suppliers for corrective actions and continuous improvement 7.Segment suppliers, build and develop partner relationships with key suppliers 8.Calculate MC selling price and quotation to customers, manage projects from Turbonetics, Precision Turbo, and other designated projects 9.Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping to customers; and ensure import and export procedure and documents meet the law and regulation requirement. 10.Appraise team member performance, provide coaching and training support to develop the people 11.Department budgeting and other related duties and assignments as required.
Job Requirement 1.College Degree or above in commercial or engineering. 2.Experience in general purchasing, logistics/shipping, supply-chain management and Customs processes in PRC is a must. 3.Minimum 5 years’ working experience, 2 of which must be in a Foreign owned enterprise. 4.Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. 5.Must be a strong team-player and be capable of working under minimum supervision.
