Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the implementation of the Operational Excellence system in the factory. 2.Organize and coordinate with each department to implement, participate in and complete the annual audit for Operational Excellence system, and encourage each department to implement improvement actions according to the audit. 3.Provide guidance to each department on their Operational Excellence projects, and promote the improvement of internal manufacturing and business processes. 4.Responsible for Coordinate and follow up with related departments to promote the implementation of CIP project and on time delivery. 5.Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of 6S, conduct inspections in both office and workshop areas. 6. Follow up and complete all actions which are defined in improvement projects,audits and inspections. 7.Provide the monthly Impact Saving data of the Operations department. 8.Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing//Mechanics/Automation; 2.More than three years of working experience in ergonomics or lean improvement, familiar with lean management methods such as 5S, TPM, and value stream; 3.Lean methodology and implementation experience is required. Demonstrated experience in team based problem solving, VSM,, Kaizen. Have training experience; 4.Familiar with basic IE methods such as standard working hours and engineering analysis, understand efficiency improvement, personnel optimization, lean production and other related knowledge; 5.Fluency in written.
