主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
提升工厂的发泡工艺水平及产能，提高生产效率和降低产品成本，同时负责与UAP的工作协调和标准化作业实施，工程变更管理；Enhance the level of foam processing technology, improve production efficiency and reduce product costs, and responsible for coordination and SW implementing of UAP ,and engineering change management；
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
建立和维护配方、工艺参数和浇注方式以保证最少的废品率和修补率，监督和指导工艺技术员和配料员按照质量体系的要求工作，确保工作程序的准确性。
Establish and maintain formulas, process parameters, and pouring methods to ensure minimum reject and repair rates, supervise and guide process technicians and batching staffs to work in accordance with the requirements of the quality system, and ensure the accuracy of work procedures.
制定发泡工艺操作流程和工作指导书，规范各岗位的操作要求。
Establishing foaming process operation procedures and WI to standardize the operational requirements of each position.
负责减少工艺缺陷，改进工艺条件，维护工艺的稳定性，提高成品率。
Responsible for reducing process defects, improve. process conditions, maintain the stability of process and improve the yield.
提出并实现优化工艺条件等方法，提高生产效率，保证产能需求。
Proposed and implemented the method to optimize the process conditions, improve production and ensure capacity requirements.
负责新产品的试制，试制进度满足项目节点要求。协助发泡模具开发。
Responsible for new products trial-run, ensuring that meets the project milestones. Assist in the development of foam molds.
协助设备工程师进行相关问题的调查;
Assist equipment engineer to survey the relates issues.
负责新工艺、新材料的引进工作，提高工艺水平;
Responsible for introduction of new process, new materials, in order to improve the process level.
负责设备选型的工艺性能、新设备调试，按时移交生产，满足产能需求;
Responsible for process performance of equipment selection, new equipment commissioning, on-time transfer, in order to meet the capacity requirements.
监督和实施化学品安全使用操作，设备安全操作。负责向相关的员工培训有关的化学品使用知识、安全操作技能和应急处理方法。
Supervise and implement the safe use of chemicals and equipment operations. Responsible for training relevant employees on chemical usage knowledge, safety operation skills, and emergency response methods.
优化生产现场布局，负责产线布局规划;
Optimizing manufacturing site layout, lead production line layout plan.
评审工程变更申请的可行性并根据工程变更命令，通知并指导生产线采取应有行动以符合工程变更要求;
Audit the engineering change, and according to the change request, lead the manufacturing to product as request.
完成上级交代的其他任务。
Complete other task assigned by manager.
格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
教育背景/Education: 化工相关专业本科学历以上Bachelor Degree above in Chemical or related.
经验/ Experience: 至少3年有（专科至少5年）以上同等岗位经验，汽车行业优先。具备相应的化学品操作技能。Minimum 3years experience（junior college at least 5 years） in an polyurethane foaming engineering process, automotive is preferred . Having corresponding chemical operation skills
语言能力/Language: 英语读写能力 Good English reading and written Skill
