岗位职责: 1.处理国际客户订单,从收到订单或者预测开始,确认客户的价格,交付,付款等条款,然后输入系统。 Processing international customer orders, from receipt of orders or forecasts, confirming customer terms of price, delivery, payment, etc., and inputting into the system. 2.把客户订单的信息输入工厂内部,给到PE, 采购,生产,协调各个部门,追踪BOM, 模具治具的准备情况,根据客户需求,追踪物料的情况,协调生产,安排出交期 Inputting customer order information into the factory, sending it to PE, purchase, production, coordinating with various departments, tracking BOM, mold fixture preparation, following up material situation according to customer demand, coordinate production, arrange delivery date 3. 按照生产回复的交期,回复客户的订单或者预测 Replying customer’s order or forecast according to the delivery time replied by production. 4.协调仓库的出货,保证物料及时送达客户的公司。 Coordinating the delivery of goods from warehouse to ensure the material is delivered to customer company in time. 5.与财务部门核对发票,处理发票的各种问题,负责催交应收货款 Checking the invoice with the finance department, dealing with all kinds of problems of the invoice, be responsible for accelerating the payment of receivables 6.处理各种客诉问题,向客户解释出现客诉的原因并且积极的处理问题,提高客户满意度。 Dealing with various problems of customer complaints, explaining the causes of customer complaints to customer and dealing with problems actively to improve customer satisfaction. 7.完成领导交办的其他工作。 Completing other tasks assigned by superior.
岗位要求: 1. 本科及以上学历。 Bachelor degree or above. 2. 1年以上客户服务经验。 More than 1 years working experience in customer service. 3. 英语听说读写流利,可以作为工作语言 Fluent in English and can be used as a working language. 4.熟练使用办公软件 Proficient in office software.
