The main responsibilities include: 1. Design and implement lean production projects: Responsible for evaluating the production process, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and then developing and implementing corresponding improvement plans. 2. Support the company's strategy and goals: Support the company's long-term strategy in lean production and assist the company in achieving its business objectives. 3. Train and guide employees: Teach lean production concepts and methods, train and guide employees to implement improvement plans. 4. Supervise and improve the production process: Supervise the production process to ensure that the quality and efficiency of production meet the company's standards and requirements, and identify and solve problems in the production process. 5. Job requirements: 1. More than 3 years of experience in lean production, with successful implementation of lean projects. 2. Familiar with lean production theory and tools, such as value maps, flowcharts, 5S, etc. 3.
