岗位职责：
IE工程师将负责公司的精益生产实践，包括优化生产流程、减少浪费、提高生产效率和产品质量等。主要职责包括：
1、设计和实施精益生产项目：负责评估生产过程，找到瓶颈和改进机会，然后制定并实施相应的改进计划。
2、支持公司的战略和目标：支持公司在精益生产方面的长期战略，并协助公司实现其业务目标。
3、培训和指导员工：讲授精益生产理念和方法，培训和指导员工以实施改进计划。
4、监督和改进生产过程：监督生产过程，确保生产的质量和效率达到公司的标准和要求，并识别和解决生产过程中的问题。
5、与其他部门的协调：与公司的各个部门协调，确保精益生产项目得到充分的支持和认可，并与其他部门的工程师和经理合作，以确保项目的成功实施。
任职要求：
1、3年以上精益生产工作经验，有成功实施精益项目的经验。
2、熟悉精益生产理论和工具，如价值图、流程图、5S等。
3、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与其他部门的同事合作。

Job Responsibilities:

Job requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in lean production, with successful implementation of lean projects.
2. Familiar with lean production theory and tools, such as value maps, flowcharts, 5S, etc.
3. Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate with colleagues from other departments.
