Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1. 根据项目PRD及PSD，详细理解、解读产品的要求
Basing on the project PRD and PSD, thoroughly understand and interpret the product requirements.
2. 根据对PRD的解读及参照PSD，负责产品开发过程D-FMEA或供应商D-FMEA以及相关输出的评审
Responsible for reviewing product D-FMEA (internal or external) and related outputs basing on interpretation of PRD and referencing to PS.
3. 负责复审产品的合格认可计划及认可报告，包括关键零部件
Responsible for rechecking the product's qualification plan and approval report, including key components.
4. 负责审核产品认可后产品生产过程的P-FMEA，WI及CP等输出的评审，包括其他工艺，如注塑、铸造
Responsible for reviewing the P-FMEA, WI, and CP outputs of the production process after product approval, including other technology, such as injection, casting, etc.
5. 负责产品、产线放行的产品（样品）检查及过程审核，保证满足项目质量要求
Responsible for product and production line release, product (sample) inspection and process audit, guarantee project quality requirements.
6. 负责产品发货前的检验策划
Responsible for inspection planning for pre-delivery.
7. 负责项目过程中质量问题的跟踪、协调及改善
Responsible for tracking, coordinating, and improving quality issues during the project process.
8. 必要时和德国质量或相关部门沟通，保证产品满足要
Communicate with German quality or relevant departments as necessary to ensure that the product meets the requirements.
9. 其他被指派的相关任务
Any other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements职位基本要求:
1. 五年以上工作经历,机电一体化背景，有工具行业经验优先
More than 5 years work experience, with background of mechatronics, priority from power tool.
2. 熟悉ISO9001及IAFT16949质量管理体系，过程质量保证方法，了解供应商管理流程等
Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, quality assurance, and supplier management.
3. 熟悉电子类、注塑类、机加工、电子类产品
Familiar with electronics, plastic parts, machining, electronics.
4. 熟悉质量工具、方法，如FMEA，MSA，5W，8D，QC七大工具等
Familiar with quality tools, methods, such as FMEA, MSA, 5W, 8D, QC 7 tools, etc.
5. 工作负责、细致
Good work attitude, and carefully.
6. 熟悉基本办公软件及SAP或ERP
Experienced in Office, SAP or ERP.
7. 流利的英语说写能力
Fluent written and spoken English.
8. 乐观开朗，有团队精神
Optimistic open and bright, team spirit.
