Duties and responsibilities 职责和责任:
1. 管理客户预测，每月将信息传递到跨部门。
Manage customer forecast and transfer the information to cross departments monthly.
2. 负责订单（采购订单、制造订单）的实施。
Responsible for the order (purchase order, manufacture order) transfer.
3. 根据客户需求带动物料和生产计划安排，达到DOT 100%且对比产出确保原材料的合理库存。
According to customer demand to drive materials and arrange production plan, to achieve DOT 100% and raw materials stock in good ration compared to output.
4. 每季度审查原材料安全库存，记录物料短缺情况并进行分析。
Quarterly review raw material safety stock, record material shortage and make analysis when have.
5. 确保生产计划下达率，能达到100%。
Ensure production plan released can be achieve rate 100%.
6. 管理客户托管库存，0呆滞库存为目标。
Manage customer consignment stock of raw material, 0 slow moving is the target.
7. 每月与内外部客户进行交流，获得有关准时交货绩效的反馈并采取行动改进。
Monthly exchange with customers Inner and External, get feedback about on
time delivery performance and take action to improve.
8. 与工程师团队合作，确保新产品100%按时完成。
Cooperate with engineering team to ensure new products on time 100%.
9. 与战略采购合作，提高原材料DOT达到99%。
Cooperate with strategic buyer to improve raw material DOT reach 99%.
10. 确保客户100%准时交货率。
Ensure 100% on-time delivery rate for customers.

任职要求 Requirement：
1. 大学本科以上学历。
University degree or above.
2. 8年以上制造业工作经验，3年以上生产计划工作背景。
More than 8 years MNC working experience, at least 3 years production planning background.
3. 熟悉U8、SAP等ERP工具，熟练使用MS Office办公软件（VLOOKUP、IF等基本功能）。
Be familiar with U8、SAP tools, skillfully use MS office software (VLOOKUP, IF and other basic functions).
4. 29至38岁之间
Age is between 29 to 38.
5. 团队合作精神。
Team player.
6. 较强的工作责任心, 能承受压力。
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
7. 良好的沟通协调能力。
Good communication and coordination skills.
