1. 负责跟进生产计划安排，确保及时性。
Responsible for following up the production plan and arrangement, ensures the timeliness.
2. 现场安全、纪律、5S巡查，现场纠正处理。
On-site safety, discipline, 5S inspection, on-site correction and treatment.
3. 对工具及耗材制定有效的管理机制及增补机制。
Formulate effective management and supplementary mechanisms for tools and consumables.
4. 工序间产能评估与平衡协调。
Capacity assessment and balance coordination between processes.
5. 内部团队建设及流程建设、人员技能培训、员工与公司之间的矛盾、人员请假的管理等。
Internal team building and process building, staff skill training, conflicts between employees and the company, management of staff leave, etc.
6. 对部门的考核指标负责，计划交付、产品质量、生产效率、生产安全、成本管理等。
Responsible for the department's assessment indicators, plan delivery, product quality, production efficiency, production safety, cost management, etc.
7. 对公司各项制度的执行与检查、对经理的工作安排进行执行与反馈。Implementation and inspection of the company's various systems, implementation and feedback of the manager's work arrangements.
8. 生产计划调度会议的主持及准时召开。
Preside over and hold production scheduling meeting on time.
任职要求Requirement：
1. 大专及以上学历，机械制造专业 。
College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing.
2. 8年以上钣金生产岗位工作经验，具备现场管理工作经验。
At least 8 years working experience in sheet metal production, with site management experience.
3. 同行业班组长同类岗位5年以上经验或主管三年以上工作经验。
At least 5 years working experience as a team leader or supervisor.
4. 适应责任工作制度。
Adapt to the responsibility work system.
5. 较强的工作责任心。
Strong sense of responsibility.
6. 具备沟通协调能力。
Good communication and coordination skills.
7. 熟练操作钣金各工序机器及设备。
Proficient in sheet metal working machines and equipment.
8. 熟练使用CAD、Solid works、Solid Edge等画图软件。
Skilled at drawing software, such as CAD、Solid works and Solid Edge.
9. 能够适应班次安排（倒班）。
Able to adapt to shift arrangement (shift).
